Communicate with internal and external partners to schedule traveling exhibitions and trunks along with programming for school visits, field trips, and virtual programs along with registration for special events like summer camps and home school programs. Maintain master museum calendar for all the initiatives above. Support opening and/or closing of the museum. Engages in public outreach to K-12 public and private schools, homeschool organizations, campus community, and community. May involve travel to and from outreach locations with the responsibility of delivery, set-up and breakdown of travel exhibits.
