    This position would be the glue between the programs in exhibition/education areas and the public of ACC in that they would assist the department with an outreach calendar, graphic design and all promotion. Assists with the planning, developing and evaluating of programs and special events for all age groups in the community. Maintains and processes records, and updates reports, flyers, publications and promotional materials for programs and the facility. Assists with the coordination of volunteer needs, recruitment, training and recognition at assigned facility. Prepares facility for programs and special events. Inspects and monitors facility buildings and grounds, and performs routine building maintenance as needed. Would assist all the staff in the large public events and would contribute to the management of the physical plant as needed. Assists with the management of daily operations of the facility and short and long-range program planning. Would be at the front desk as needed as well as fill in for full time staff during lunch hour.

    Responsible for coordination of rentals and management of room reservations for public rentals and events. Responsible for communication and scheduling with security staff, outside caterers and rental equipment providers. Oversight of facility calendar. Responsible for reporting at weekly staff meetings.

    Knowledge of Arts Center’s exhibitions and location and availability to give tours to groups and individuals. Management of ACCGov use of Arts Center. 

    Salary: $18.63 per hour
